Framing recommendations A1 size original paintings: –
- Simple plain frames in either a black or white colour work well, or a light natural wood, with the artwork mounted within the frame (mounting is optional), with a minimum width of 35-40mm for the frame itself.
- Lighter aluminium frames with a Perspex or plexiglass are also suitable, an aluminium frame can be a narrower width, with a minimum 10 -15mm width for the frame itself.
